The 90 Gallon they are in now is 36" x 24" x 24" so it has lots of room for them to turn around. If I were to buy them another tank.. it would be a 135 again, but different dimmensions.. Probably 72" x 24" (wide) x 18"

woh, cool 90g size. i don't think i've seen those for sale. that 135 size sounds awesome, actually...i wouldn't mind having a couple of those.
I buy my tanks from a local company that manufactures their own tanks. They have a glass workshop and build tanks to any size you want
When I start building my house they are building my in-wall pond/tank. This wont be for a few years.. but I assure you.. it will be glorious I've been working on the plans over the last little while

Yea man, they are. I have no choice really, for now. They seem to be ok together, and the Morays are very, very slow compared to all 3 of the Spiney eels, who often burrow into the substrate. Also, the Morays may be able to nip here or there, but they are far from being able to devour the Spiney eels. So far I haven't witnessed any attacks and no one has any visible injuries.
I saw freshwater morrays in the other day.. I was tempted but was able to restrain myself.. I simply don't have the room.

well, i think 1tank would admit that ideally they really don't mix well with spiny eels. or most fish, really. and when they grow (and they will...) they require brackish and possibly full marine water eventually. to my knowledge, there are no true eels that are FW. best for a species tank in any event.
I wasnt planning on mixing them at all... But I do have room for either 4 120 Gallon tanks (4' x 2' x 2') or 2 135/180 Gallon tanks (6' x 2' x 18' or 6' x 2' x 2').
