ok my ghost shrimp has been berried for a while and I checked this morning and she has 2 eggs left she has been in a breeder net, for a few days, so no one eats her eggs, but I see 3 eggs in a triangle in the middle of the net and nothing else to be found. what is going on here! did I stress her by putting her in a breeder net? tell me what I am doing wrong so I can fix it!

They eat their own offspring. You have to have tons and tons and TONS of java moss (or similar) for any of the babies to survive.

Ghost shrimp eggs hatch into larva that swim in the water column and usually end up getting sucked into the filter and dying. A fine foam over your filters solves this problem.

they need brackish water to survive the planktonic stage to subadult. And it'll be easier to have an airstone rather than a filter
