Best algae eater for specific algae...

I dont know what they are called but they arent any I ever saw before they apered in my tank. They have sort of cream collored bodies and brownish gold shells with speckles on them. I know they are eating it because I have seen them do so and you can see the trails they left through it in the denser parts.

my CAE gets alonh fine with my other fish

in my tanks and my brothers have CAE and the about 18cm on average and they get along good with my oscar, synadontis and sleepy cod and with my brothers clown loaches, africian peacock cichlids, blue acara and orange chromide then in his commuinity tank discus gouramis and gobies

I realize this isn't algae but bacteria, but I was wondering if anyone knows of anything that eats that blue bacteria. I recently had an outbreak and can't seem to get it all out of there despite frequent water changes and manually picking up colonies I see.
