Just use a varied diet. The pellets listed are all good. The key ingredients I always ensure are:

Spirulina
Fatty acids
Astaxanthin
Krill
Fresh Shrimp

My cichlids won't eat that stuff. It ends up turning into hairy fungus balls that I have to remove.

I'm saving my OSI cichlid pellets for feeding wild fish when we go hiking. However, the OSI stuff LOOKS good from the ingredients so maybe my fish are just partial to their Hikari pellets.
