Best/Easy DIY CO2 Write Up?

There are alot of diy co2 write ups, and since alot of people here done them witch one do you think is the best and easyest write up? I would like to try this for my 10gal and 29gal.

The sticky in this forum contains everything you need to know. When I done DIY, I did find lots of articles on the subject but they are basically variations on the same theme.
