best fish food suggestions?

i use chicken heart and liver and they all seen to enjoy it. my collection includes bettas, angels, mollies, and guppies...the bettas especially go wild for this...
 
mon- morn- community menu frozen, lunch tetramin, dinner tetramin
tue- morn- bloodworms frozen, ", "
wen- morn-beef heart frozen, ", "
thur- morn brine shrimp frozen, ", "
fri- morn daphnia frozen, " , "
sat- just flake
sun- no food, ah sumtimes i breakdown and do a pinch
and i wanna start doin veggies for lunch and for the snails.

anyone know if morning or night is better for frozen complex meals? i was thinking morn so they were active and easier to digest?
 
Anyone think thats too varied?
