Due to my line of work maintaining aquariums I come across alot of free tanks. Over the years I've been given a brickfront 150 (a 150 with 1" thick glass that requires no bracing), an 8' long 180 that also requires no bracing, a few regular 150s, 180s, and 210s, and more smaller setups than I care to count, but this one tops them all! It's a custom built that measures 60"L x 24"W x 36"H. It has 1" Starphire on 3 sides and is drilled for overflow and closed loop. It's only a few years old and I'm told the tank alone was 3K new which I believe. The tank is Eurobraced, but the bracing is cracked. The tank sides are perfect so i'll either redo the Eurobracing or just install a center brace. It will be perfect for the SW Garden Eels that I plan on working with since it will allow for a 1' deep sandbed for them to burrow in and still have a decent amount of water above. I'll be picking it up next week. I'll have to get rid of the 90 that's in its intended location and organize a crew of four to move it, but WOW!:headbang2:

Schweet score, must be nice.
Feel free to pass along any large tanks you don't want/need/have room for. I can always find a place to put another one... :thm:

Congrats!

Better late than never! It's sitting 1/3 full in the back of my truck being leak tested as I type this. The damage to the bracing is severe enough that I've reconsidered my initial plan to fully fill it and make it a marine tank and instead am going to do a FW paludarium. Pics tonight!
