The best ICH med I have ever used is called Ich clear or parasite clear by jungle labs-Tank buddies-tabs They are fizzing tablets you drop in your tank-1 tab per 10 gals I do beleive. Cured my ick right up in just a couple of days with no fish losses. I only treated the tank one time with a 25 % water change before and then another 25 % a week later. Ive never had another case of ICH since this time, so I cant say for sure if it was just good luck or if it was really the med that was sooo good.
