I'm sorry, I didn't fully read the thread (not feeling very good at the moment), but wanted to post an answer.
Basicly everything you have should co-exist with snails without any problems.
Kuhli loaches + shrimp No problem.
harlequin rasboras, white cloud mountain minnows, red flame dwarf gourami, + shrimp potential big problem. They may stress the adult shrimp, and they will kill young shrimp.
You can minimize this by creating densely planted areas that the fish can't get in to, That should help your shrimp colony to stay alive, but not thrive.
