Best tap water conditioner and treatment?

I was wondering what is the best tap water conditioner and treatment that will work for my piranha and cichlid tanks?

Pirme, you cant beat the power of sulfur. Dont use it that often, I have an RO/DI.

I've always loved Nov-aqua. I use it for everything, if I soak something in bleach, I rinse the hell out of it and then soak in in Nov-aqua, it's never let me down.

I use Nova-Aqua and Amquel together. This is the only stuff they sell at my local fish stores.

I use Prime as well. Just be ready for the aweful stinch of the stuff on your fingers when you use it
