best type of fish

Well since my pleco didnt make it, I was wondering what kind of fish I could put in with my angel fish. It has to be able to take a bit of a beating by these two and also eat the algae in the tank. Any ideas, cheap would help too either that or another pleco. Anyone have any ideas?

I'd go with one of the smaller version Pleco's, Bristlenose is the first thing that comes to mind. Sae's ( siamese algea eaters) would be awesome if you can find someone who can actually identify them accurately, and then has them for sale also. Avoid Chinese algea eaters, they get mean when they grow up and stop eating algea.

Sorry it took a bit to get back I've been gone. How much do Saes or bristlenose cost about. I've got a little bit of money set aside to buy another. I've seen the pictures of saes and caes before just have to go back and look at the difference, so I can tell.
 
What about the bristlenose? I can see about finding sae's here but I dont like buying fish from wal-mart any more. That and would they be able to stand up to a pair of breeding angels?
 
Considering plecos grow to a rather substantial size and bristlenoses only get to 5", why not get a couple or even three bristlenoses. I have a bristlenose and a marble ancistrus that will also only grow to about 5 or 6", they are great characters and need algae wafer supplements as my tank is now spotless. And they're cheap.
 
Well if I could afford the bristlenose I'd get one but they're too much for me to afford. I looked at the pet store here and just one is about $17.99. That's a bit too much for my taste, even if they were kinda cute. I did find the sae's but they're a bit small and my angels would probably kill them in a few days (like the guppies I put in there.) So I decieded to just go with another pleco, no idea what it is but found that it has red markings naturally on it. When I figure out how to work the portable camera I'll try getting a decent pic of all the fish, including the new guy.
