Flakes, sheets, or frozen? Spiruline is added to many commercial prepared foods, but it sounds like you're talking about the sheets or powders. Powders--dissolve in a cup of tank water and feed. Use sparing amounts until you get the hang of it--it can be polluting in large amounts. For sheets, get a plastic clip that you can either weight down or suction cup to the side.
