Can anyone advise me on the best way to reduce KH/Alkalinity levels?
PH is fine but Alk is high :help:

Most people are struggling to INCREASE their Alk!

What are your levels exactly? You may be fine.

You cannot reduce Alk without also affecting pH to a certain extent since the two values are closely linked.

The most common way of reducing Alk in a SW tank is introduction of creatures (such as corals) who use Alk to live.

My 'Salifert' KH/Alk test kit says:

KH value in dKH - 13.1
Alk (meq/L) - 4.69 !!

PH is 8.3
Salinity 1.026
Calcium 413
