Betta problem

What kind of black tetras? If they are the ling finned black skirt tetras this may be a problem and it may not. The long finned tetras seem to be a bit aggressive especially around other long finned fish such as the betta. If it is indeed the long finned black skirt tetras, keep a close eye on everyone including the betta because he too can attack long finned fish. If everything works out, great but be ready to move Mr. betta if necessary. As stated it is also entirely possible that your betta just needs to get used to his new spacious digs and will calm down in a day or two.

and yes its the 5.5g tank.. do u thikn its over crowed? or not?

Not necessarily - not much room for the betta to get away from the tetras if they were nippy though or vice versa. Like Marinemom says keep an eye and hopefully everything will settle down
