Can a Betta live happily in a 20 gallon with a normal filter current?

Depends on the betta. My betta seems happy in a 20-gallon with a Penguin 170 biowheel filter and airstone. He specifically swims to the airstone and then makes a turn where his body doesn't get hit, but his tail floats with the bubbles. He must enjoy it because he does it a lot.

Im pretty sure a betta would enjoy a 20g. In fact, I think it would love it

I have a betta in a 25 gallon with 11 whitecouds and 2 ottos, and 2 killifish.
I'm using an aquaclear 200 for filtration. He's a happy camper.

I've got my betta in a 20 gallon with regular filtration and he *loves* it in there! Swimming all around the plants and generally enjoying himself

I have a betta in my 10 gallon with a small current. He seems to be happy.

I think a betta in a 20 gallon would be just fine.

i have a betta in my 25G actually i have 5 in my 25G, he loves the current from my 150 Aqua Clear filter!!
