Sigh.
For various reasons, I had been waiting to place a large equipment order with Big Al's, including a Rena XP2. The price was great, just under $80. Then, today, I looked at my "wish list," which I'd been using for shopping reminders....

The list price has gone up by $40. Even with the "sale" they're running, it's still $30 over what I could have paid. It seems the New Year brought new prices.

I hate it when that happens. :wall:

Last I looked Petsmart had them for $105 and free shipping over $50

Right now Petsmart is cheaper on a lot of filters I just bought Marineland Penguin 200B for $20 each which is cheaper than big Als by $4 each and I can pick them up in store. Price in store is $36 one manager would not sell it to me so I went to another store and had no problems.

Jusy an FYI- BigAls has a price beating guarantee. if anybody else online is selling it for a lower price, Big will give it to you for 95% of that lower price. You need to phone in your order to use the price match guarantee as they like to go to the site and confirm the price. i have used this guarantee a few times and laugh all the way to the bank when i do.

In the example above BigAls would sell it to you for $19.
