Big Al's Staple Flake

Has anyone used this? I was just wondering if it is any more balanced than TetraMin or Nutrafin? I wanted to know before I order it. :dance2:

Someone at big als once told me not to use their food that its the bare minimum to keep fish alive and somewhat heathy...but nowhere as good as some other foods.

Thanks for the info. I guess I'll stick with Nutrafin for now.
