Lible issues with naming names. Not ALL of these stores are bad and by saying they ALL are then it could result in a legal issue for AC and Li. We all pretty much know by now that these stores tanks are usually awful so my advice would be to just not go near that section when you are doing your shopping.
 
That's stupid. It's all true and I think that we should all be able to save these fish.

curious why its a liability issue when its clearly the user/member stating their opinions,

what happened to freedom of speech though I don't think AC should be held responsible for what their member has stated about the store- as it's an opinion forum in the first place as this site is riddled with opinions. Then we gotta censor the heck out of everything?

I understand illegal activities are not condoned, but what happened to opinions and freedom of speech though.

It may be true about certain stores however I have seen stores that keep their tanks better than many LFS I also have seen the other end of the spectrum but legally you can't say every store is a certain way because in reality they aren't.

We wont name it anymore but we weren't referring to all of the stores, just the one we go to. AC should not be held responsible, especially if what we are saying is a 100% true. We have proof.

Freedom of speech I agree with however it is still illegal to write (libel) or defame (speak) things about a peron(s) that may be damaging to their character. Back to the topic. Until the attitude of "it's just a fish" is changed unfortunately this will probably continue.
