Will a really big RTS be ok with an oscar? Or will the Oscar eventually grow to big and become aggressive against him?

Never tried it, but I'd think the later.

As long as the oscar is big enough not to be attacked by it, I don't see why not...

See that's the thing... I had them together and the RTS beat up my oscar a little bit (he's fine now, RTS is now in another tank by himself).. But I was wondering if when the oscar is bigger if they wouldn't harrass each other.

A full grown Oscar would make a meal of him.

Don't RTS get 5" long, and are a little wider than the average torpedo shape...? I've seen some big RTS, they looked like 6" to me

Yea.. this guy is about 5.5" and pretty darn wide.

Some pics are blurry.. darn RTS is always on the move!

I wouldn't put it past the Oscar to try and eat him when he gets bigger. They eat anything they think will fit in their mouth. I can't stress that enough. My old Oscar ate a pleco that I thought was too big for him to eat. It just took him about a day and a half to get him down and his mouth was stuck open for another 3 days or so, but he ate it none the less, so I would be careful.
