All I have to say is that I am glad I am a native Floridian and call it home. It is about time they come up with a law like this.

This makes me happy. After all, the cops keep telling us if we don't literally see the person committing the crime the police can't do anything(we've been vandalized a few times). Oh, they'll take a report if something is stolen, but I get the feeling sometimes that one of us could die of a gunshot from a burgler(sp), and when the police showed up they'd start asking questions like "are you sure it wasn't an accident""did you actually see someone shoot a gun". Maybe I'm being unfair - but we've had pretty bad responses from the police, sometimes I wonder if they're really just in the job to rubberneck in a serious way. Whew, there goes some steam! :mad2: :rant:
