You could be right H3D w/ regard to the recent discontinue of product sales by certain retailers. "Dr Timothy A. Hovanec, the inventor" does have control of the patent for the discovery. However my conversation w/ MarineLand took place over 2 yrs. ago when changes in the parent co. structure led to the mass marketing & subsequent product failings. (which btw Dr Timothy A. Hovanec was against) I suspect his control of the patent allowed him to venture on his own for more control. Sometimes mega conglomerates such as MarineLand get more caught up in $$$$ for the stockholders.
Realistically, the way they started w/ the product is the way they should have continued. I'm sure the good Dr. as well as other members in R/D saw this coming. They are used to the concept of a 'controled environment'. Sales & marketing is a whole nother world. Their goal is $$$$!!! "T"
