bio-spira

Well, since you brought it up, I do have a BS in Biology, and do have experience culturing bacteria in a laboratory setting (Not that I need it to have an entrepreneurial idea that could save people time, trouble, and their fishes lives). BTW we culture bacteria and create a cycled filter every time we do a fishless cycle. I'm just trying to figure out a way to ship them (not for retail sale, but for direct mailorder). Anybody that wants to crap on this idea, or perhaps thinks it might have some promise please post here. Save this thread for bio-spira talk.

Anyway, thanks for all the posts. Still wanting to find out what the specific media is that the bacteria are packaged in (trade secret I suppose). If anyone has a clue please resurrect this post.

Thanks
Mooman

Well if anyone can find the patent number/numbers for biospira, you can look it up in the us patent office, and the 'trade secrets' should be written down plainly for everyone to see.

But of course, copying or using any of those procedures/techniques is illegal.
