just purchased some bio spira. tank 7 days old . 5 small black skirt tetra in for 5 days.
ammo. 0.50
nitite 0.35
nitrate 10

should i do a water change big or little. or should i just dump it in. did 10 percent wc yesterday not much change in readings

Do a 30% water change, put in the bio-spira.

i would actually recommend dumping it in there without a water change.. that means you will have more bacteria to feed on the ammonia and nitrites that are currently present in your tank.. if you did a water change you would run "low" on the bacterias food and in turn be left with the amount of bacteria that is needed for your current tank as opposed to having a slight bit more than needed
