Biocube 14 for reef?

I'm looking into starting my first reef/ coral sustaining tank. I would like to know if a biocube 14g would be big enough for some small corals and maybe a few fish and some inverts. How trustworthy are these tanks. I can get one cheap and i want to know as much as i can before i invest in it.

EDIT: what type of live rock/sand should i buy

are zoanthids good starters, if not what should i start with.

and should i put inverts in first, or coral or fish.

bc14s are actually pretty popular for nanos
first things first i hope youve done your research
the lights are generally enough to keep lower end corals
mushrooms are a good first coral
there arent that many fish you can keep in a 14 but there are def some cool ones.
coral are gonna be the main attraction in your tank.
live sand is over rated i guess, prepackaged stuff at least. live sand from a tank is def worth a lot more. generally youre gonna get whatever rock you can find. get plenty if you plan on getting fish.

Do zoanthids do good in such a small tank?

Generally speaking how long would it take a tank of this size to cycle?
and what inverts should i have after it cycles?
 
zoas dont really need the space they will be okay. some other corals like hammers and frogspawns and whatnot have long stinging tentacles but zoas are pretty peaceful.
you work at a pet store?
or were you saying large polyp stony coral?
if you could do it for the same budget a 15 gal tank is easier to light. you could get a 110w pc fixture that would grow a lot of stuffs. a lot faster than the stock lights in a bc anyways
