It's a power head. It it's like a fan for water. It put's more flow in your tank.
You goto advance post and at the bottom there is a button that says Manage Attachments. When the window opens you lick on the top button and find where the picture is on your HD and click on the picture twice. You will be back to the first window and you click the upload butten. It might take up to a few min to upload. When the file is gone from the box you close that window and click Sumit Reply. That's it. I hope this helped.
