Really no such thing as over-analyzing in this game. Many people have hidden motives. Every detail matters!

yes, I suppose I have come to learn this but what annoys me is if you say one tiny thing, it can prove fatal

I vote to genetically test KOTD because:

1. Right off the bat he basically said he would sit back and observe for the first part of the game rather than discuss...maybe had something to hide? If innocent why not show us by helping out???

2. Started picking up the posting after people questioned his motives and he got very defensive

3. Following votes and suspicions...no real original ideas

4. Stating innocence in basically every post, which is very annoying actually

Other thoughts:

ewurm and nm- newbs that were hard to read because of some early confusion, but ewurm has especially turned his gameplay around which has me a little wary but not very suspicious yet

dd, plant, jl, bkw- low posters in general that are experienced and are hard to get reads on

lady g and swayde- ggf thing is suspicious, very easily could snow us all

dc- lower poster that tends to be a little defensive when questioned but nothing jumps out at me anyways

ice- posting a lot this game and is definitely kicking down some doors, maybe not the best playing style but I agree with most things said, but I am still cautious about him and will be watching

z- hard to read for sure, not as active as in previous games when innocent...but not enough to go on yet

hn- kinda like z

Kinda like Z as in not as active? I beg to differ. If anyone hasn't been as active as past games, it's you.

jpappy- not much to go on, but innocent IMO

Ice- No thought one way or other

Z and HN- Innocent so far

DD- worries me

Swayde- leaning innocent

Lady G - No preference

Thanks for gracing us with your presence. You have 6 posts total, I have many more so I'm sure there are many people that post right after me or vice versa. Last night Ice and I were definitely posting after one another. That's the difference between being active and lurking. Good for you to think ahead and post in the signup thread that you wouldn't be on much. Funny how you only come out when called out.

If I am accused of "Lurking" then so be it, I am "lurking", some might call it READING. I am not invisible so everyone will see when I am online, I am fine with that. As stated last game, when the mafia tried this same tactic, if that makes me guilty then hang me. I will read the post and I will not go invisible.

If being active is talking about rosters laying eggs and that type of stuff then go ahead and be active. Last game ZSandmann told us all about the pocket mafia, several pages of pocket mafia stuff, well he was mafia. A great way to post a lot with out posting anything.

Truth is that I am quite busy and if I want to play, I will have to limit the time I play. I have played while in vacation and while on business trips. I am unable to devote much more time. BUT, the time I do spend, I spend reading (like the rules) and I post what I believe to be helpful. It was this or not play.

All these same reasons were thrown against me last game.

If I look guilty to some, well that is how it works. I play like I play and it really too late to change.

j/k, that's the game. We have no facial expressions, body language, or voice inflections to go on, just what people type and how they vote.

I understand the 1st vote on MM for role play but can you explain why you kept it there?

Everyone else has made their explanations known.

As pointed out last game, I vote for the role palyer and keep it there.

I have doen this since Game 3 as far as I can remember. I think the first day is a day of reactions and how people vote and post, but more important who the mafia (or evil scientist) kill and do not kill. Day 1 is for learning.

Also, mee-mee did not really post much when there were a few votes for her. I thought that was odd and that she would atleast post something. Her lack of a response made me think that she could be holding back. I even posted about it. I will find it and post it again.

I didn't bring up whether or not you'd been reading the thread. I honestly don't even look at who's viewing. I agree with you about the worthless posts and have pretty well said so. So you've found less than 10 opportunities in 3 days to try to be helpful? I'd quote all of your posts so far, but it'd be a waste of time (albeit not much). So you've read the rules? Then you know that tonight is extra critical since there is a mystery vial in play and we're already down 2 right? Yet, you have no input?
