One thing I did to help really kick BBA in the butt was use a syringe to dose Flourish Excel onto it directly. Do it once a day for a week or more and the stuff starts turning green and dying off in a few days.

Does the aerator run when the CO2 is running?

Yes it does, and i think it needs to as the co2 levels in my opinion are high. Fish are often at the surface looking for air, only movement on the surface is the air stone bubbles

I dont know if i can syringe each plant as it is now every where

looks like you need to adjust your co2 mix or knock a bottle off of your setup. if you have to aerate during the day you're certainly going to have issues regardless. it's just going to be too inconsistent.

Thanks i will do

no problem.

keep in mind diy co2 can be sketchy/inconsistent at best at times so this may or may not fix your issue... and likely it's not going to happen overnight. however, aerating can only increase your inconsistencies.

Also, if you are running DIY CO2, do you have a secondary filter bottle set up to catch yeast spores? Not having one could contribute to the growth of any algae. Hope you get everything figured out!!

This is mine DIY set up:
