Can anybody tell me if two black moors and maybe a smaller catfish (i.e. panda) would do okay in a 10 gallon hexagon? I have a filter, airstone, gravel, and plants, but no heater.

No, to keep 2 black moors, you should have about 30-40 gallons. Also, the other catfish you mentioned were not compaable with goldfish.
