can they live together with other fish, that dont look like them?

its just that i once bought two Black Moors for my tank, and well one had a long tail and the other had a short one, the one with the long tail kept getting chased around the tank by one of my other fish (dont know what it's called, but it was orange with black stripes like a tiger) anyways that black moor died :sad , but the other stood up for itself and fought back, i was just wondering, can they live alongside other fish? they are my fav. kind.

Yes, they can live with other fish. Long finned fish are often targets. Going by your description of the fish doing the chasing, it was a tiger barb. Tiger barbs love to nip long fins, and will do it even more if they are not kept in a group. They also are not the best tank mates for goldfish. Some good tank mates for black moor's are other fancy goldfish (such as fantails), white cloud minnows, weather loaches, etc.
