i don't know anything about these fish except what they look like, so based on looks i would go with the rasboras

black neons are inexpensive and readily available. Skittish so they can either be really tight schoolers and/or you'll hardly see them in a planted tank. Aggressive feeders so its fun to watch them during feeding time.
