Black skirt dropsy?

Hi,

Ive noticed my black skirt is looking fatter and I wondered if dropsy, please see photos, any help appreciated, thanks Sarah

Are the scale pineconing? Nice pic from up would be nice. It may be constipated, just bloated or with eggs. How much & what you feeding them? Give them some daphnia.

The scales seem brighter but not sure if pineconing, feeding tropical flakes, will try and get a pic from different angle

To me it just looks like an egg filled female...unless, like Sprinkle said, you see "pineconing" of the scales. Try alternating foods & feeding a bit less or a bit less often. Some fish tend to overeat given the oppotunity...

Like said above, she may b a female filled with eggs if ur other fish no bloating. Tho if u do really seeing pineconing it dropsy.
