Black Spots

I noticed some of my fish have black spots on them, and I just wanted to make sure it wasn't some kind of fungus or something. Here are some pics what does everyone think:

The Cobalt has had these black spots for a while now and I never thought anything of it until I noticed one of my other fish with them, and I'm sure that they are recent.

I think that my fish are starting to show the same thing. My Kenyi and Electric Yellow. The Acei aren't showing this. Most are under the mouth. I figured it had to do with their digging. Now one of my Kenyi have a black dot on the muscle part of his tail.
