Bladderworts are a type of carnivorous plant that most people try to get rid of immediately after they see it. I've learned that once you see a little strand in your tank there are more hiding somewhere in your tank. It looks like it is still in its bag, I would just acclimate the amanos, net them out, then just throw away the bladderwort or set up a little tank for it to grow. Once you introduce it, it's really hard to take out every little piece.

ok, I will just throw it in the garbage

It will eat the new born amanos

^If you can get them to hatch. Amanos need brackish water for their larva to grow up into subadults, then they get transfered to FW very slowly. It's extremely difficult to raise them.
