So today i had my first experience with live food, i went and got a portion of live blackworms from my LFS. I startedby slowing pouring them in a few at a time, but then the whole clump of them fell in, it was def waaay too much and the angels are quite bloated now, they had a feast!! That being said, i think theyll be ok, just wont feed tomorrow, and do a nice WC, but what i am concerned about is that a bunch of the worms are escaping and burrowing into the substrate, what gonna heppen with them? are they gonna die and contaminate the water? or start to reproduce? i usually dont gravel vac because i have eco complete but should i vac them all out?

They will persist indefinitely, and may well reproduce. Your fish will pick them off when they poke up. Nothing for you to worry about!

Awesome, so its kind of like a built in food supply!

gguuuaaahhhhh, wow, thats alot of worms, but im sure with the kinds of fish in my tank it wont get anywhere near that crazy.

That's amazing, how can I get worms to do that so I can collect them and spread them around the rest of my tanks? I have bettas, an angel, some mollies, lots of endlers, some gold barbs, zebras, rasboras, a few platies, many different cories and some rainbow cichlids that would love to get a steady supply of them.

Just keep some cories. When I used to feed live tubifex to the fish, some would inevitably escape into the gravel. No worries: as soon as the cories found them, they became little digging and eating machines.
