The frog is not sick. It is the smartest of the three & knows exactly where the food drops. However the others look normal, this one looks like it is carrying a stomach full of eggs all the time. It hasn't grown in length just around the stomach. Surely it can't be eggs right? I've had them all for 1 year. I haven't heard any mating songs.

I'm not sure about them having eggs or not but found this site, check it out... http://members.aol.com/sirchin/afc.htm

just a thought though, since this one is the one who knows where all the food drops, perhaps he's just the most fed one, being the chubbiest of the three?

When a dwarf frog's belly is full, it will appear "extended" to a degree. You can see a dinstinct bulge. Many people judge how often to feed the frogs by this bulge. When it recedes to a flat stomach, it can be time to feed again.

I know this is hard to see from these pics, but:
In this one, the frog's belly is mildly full...

In this one, his belly is flat and hasn't eaten in a day or two...

Also, I assume you haven't sexed the frog yet? Is is nearing maturity? Male frogs tend to have small white "pimples" or bumps directly behind their arms - and females lack these. Females also have an extended "butt" bone. It's like a small protrusion on the tip of their butt.
