Bloodworms + Latex Gloves

Try frozen cubed bloodworms instead of freezedried. I am also highly allergic to bloodworms (my eyes will swell shut), and found that frozen was the way to go.

just go to local supermart and buy the one they use for food service,.. some times there in the cleaning and some times their around the food baggies section,. i use them for mixing meatloaf etc,.. that way i don't have to scrub out meat from my rings,..lol ;) oh and their kinda cheap to or just use a sandwick baggie and a toothpick,..

Just be careful, my allergy started as itchy hands, and then went to itchy swollen eyes, and now my throat will shut if I feed them. This allergy seems to get worse in some people, such as myself. So make sure your bf feeds the bloodworms for sure. You could try brine shrimp.

I have some brine shrimp now, so hopefully that will keep the little fellas happy. I needed some for when I decide to breed my bettas, so why not start now? lol.

Mine eat ANYTHING (except betta food), they'll probably love the brine shrip just as much. It's hard to keep my boys from becoming all bloated as they can gobble them up pretty darn fast though, so feed VERY sparingly. First time I put too much in and they cleaned them up like a vacuum does kitty litter.
