Bloodworms still ok?

I would not. But, you can test--thaw one out now, and see if it smells. If it smells odd, toss it. Fish can typically tolerate a bit more than humans can in terms of spoiled food, but I'd rather not risk having it go uneaten and foul the tank, or cause a problem for the fish (bacteria in the food would be my concern).

Very good idea. And with things like bloodworms, you cannot always smell if they are bad. In fact, some might even say that they smell less and less over time if they go bad. Anywho, you should toss them to be safe! ;)

Not much. You might be able to keep them in your fridge for a couple days if they were not opened, if you mind having them there! It is just like meats you buy at the store. Once they thaw out, you shouldn't refreeze them.
