I am about to purchase a 75G tank with 2 Bloody Parrots. Does anyone have these or know anything about them? Would you recommend them? Also, what are some possible tank mates for these fish?

Only possible tankmates are those who can stand brutal abuse by parrots if yours are rather aggressive. Plecos for instance but massive filtration should be set in store.
depending on their aggression level, you could have a larger gourami as a tankmate (if the parrots are calm), a severum, a smaller pleco, maybe some giant danios or larger barbs. if they are aggressive or a mated pair (they don't have to succesfully breed to be mated) they may not tolerate any tankmates at all.
i have 2 blood parrots and they are awsome fish i can hand feed them. i have a cat fish and a large pleco in the tank also and they all get along. make sure you have caves for them
