It's possible that your friend might have been talking about Phelsuma quadriocellata. These are often called Four Spot or blue spotted day geckos. They are great Vivarium animals if given the proper heat source.

it could also be a gargoyle gecko, they have blue/grey eyes last I checked (I might be remembering wring tho lol)

my friend told me about them but really are they a real type o'gecko? i couldn't find anything on them online...i'm having my doubts.:wall:

you sure it's not shedding? i know snakes do that when about to shed...
