Blue Pearl Shrimp Breeding Tank Help

Thanks for your help Ashes!
I will get a snail for the tank. It's been a long time since I've had one.
I have a lot of java moss, and other plants in my 20 gallon that I will move over now.

Fluval Shrimp Substrate is only $10 for a 4.4 lb bag so I'm going to buy some.
I currently have an incandescent light on the tank, but I'm looking into making an LED setup.
