I have a blue ram and 4 bol. rams, blue ram looks like she has eggs in her stomach(orange/red belly not sick) how long before she drops eggs andcan the bol. rams fertilize them please help

I would guess that the bolivians could fertilize (not entirely sure), but if they do, please do all of us a favor and dispose of the fry... hybrids are most uneeded.

Thanks,

Justin

what the heck is wrong with hybrids? I can understand the frustration of figuring out that fish that were sold as "pure" stock turned out to not be so, but hybrids that are sold/ raised a hybrids can be just as good fish. Its like mutts in dogs, pure bread dogs (not all but a few based on the individuals) can be messed up. some mutts with the right genes can live for longer and not go psyco. I have had both a mutt and a purebread dog and the difference between inbred and not inbred stock can be amazing.
Just because a fish is not "pure" doesn't mean it should be killed or sold as feeder fry!
