would it be ok to have multiple male blue rams in a community tank with olny one female blue ram and the rest of the fish on my signature???

a blue ram around here is the Microgeophagus ramirezi.

a german ram is a Microgeophagus ramireze that has been line bred for color.

so, they are the same fish.

a ram pair really needs about 2 1/2 - 3 sq ft at a minimum for territorial space.

so, the answere is no. you are really maxed out for the ram population of a 29.

what if i got rid of the female that way there would be know pairs ?

The males will still fight each other. I would still say no. They can be very mean fish.
