Which of the two is easier to keep (will be in a 55G with 5 angels). I really like cory cats, but am tempted to try something different and go with BN plecos.

Would 7 albino cory cats or 2 BN plecos be overstocked in a 55G with 5 angels? I may end up going with cory cats simply because I have never seen anything other than common plecos around here. But would like to know what peoples experience of them are.

Thanks.

Bristlenoses seem pretty easy to keep second time around- I tried them as a teenager in the 1980s and they kept dying, but I got some <1" long in August last year, and the only problems I've got at present is that I'm being over-run with babies from them. The male is quite aggressive when competing for food, but the females are very placid. The babies are so cute!

You do need a close-fitting lid or condensation tray though- one of my four climbed up 3" of glass and dried out on the carpet:cry:
