Cheech, I got a full zeo start up system available for you if you want! (reactor, lites, bak, start, and food) ;)

The cost isn't too horrible to me it is more the consistant attention that is required. I am probably going to have to get the ATO, RKL, Dosers and all the rest of the automation setup sooner than later if I am going to stick with it. I have also considered putting a vodka reactor in its place.

Build a water dam with plumbers putty:

Start drill at medium speed, come at an angle then after started tilt to full bit engagement:

Protips: Drill from the side you will be putting flange and gasket on (to avoid chips on side you will seal, support the side you are drilling to with something like foam or wood. (I drilled from inside out and sat the aquarium on foam), and drill slowly letting the weight of the drill push, once again patience pays off and I avoided chipping out.

Where did you get the overflow box?
