That room with the recessed lighting is great. I wouldn't want to have to go change those bulbs, but the effect is spectacular. I might have to try that some day.

It's rope lighting. It fits right behind the crown. Very easy to do, just have your electrician run cords with a female plug end behind your crown, purchase some rope lighting, run the perimeter of the crown and plug into the fitting (also hidden behind the crown)
If you are interested I can post pics of the plug setup / lighting behind the crown.
After seeing one of my shrimp tanks my dad said "I think I might like to have a shrimp tank." So, you know I jumped at the opportunity!
Hooked him up with one of my more favorite pieces of driftwood, gave him two of my big swords (that's a 20 High and they are still bending) and gave him about 75 of my cherries. Here are the results:
I can't wait to see it progress (He's gonna be hooked - if you'll pardon the expression)
First pic is light in front, second is light in back; does it make a difference? I can't decide...
Thanks for the nice comments guys! Since this is a photo thread I guess I'll show some of the most colorful cichlids I have found. If you have a very colorful cichlid not posted here please feel free to add it to the list! Sadly - I did not take any of these photos, but these are some beautiful fish!
