:help: Can anyone give me advice on how to sex Bolivian Rams ( LFS call them Blue Rams ) I don`t seem to have much luck from the info I`m getting from our aquarium shops !!!!

Bolivian Rams and Blue Rams (German Blue Rams) are two different fishes.

Dorsel ray longer in male then female. Female has a "more" rosy belly.

if you do a search on the rams here you will get a lot of useful info on sexing and keeping them in super clean water.
if you look long enough at the tank at the LFS you will be able to pick out the males they will show aggression to each other . As stated by tanker above the females have pinkish belly.

The males look more masculine and the females more feminine :)
Tanker said the same thing I would say, you can usually tell them apart by comparing them with one another. The females belly is also usually a bit rounder as well as a lighter pink. The males will also chase one another more frequently.
