Why doesn't anyone like upside-down catfish?
I've had my Tall 25 running for over 5 years and my two Clown Loaches in there for about 4 of those years.
The clown loaches do a great job as botton feeders to keep things clean and mine have quite the personalities. They play tag and have some fun.
As far as the "upsidedown cats" go...I had a pair of them and they were extremely lazy! they were cool to look at but all they did was loaf in the plants or hang in the corners.
