Anyone know of a brackish algae eating fish??

What about snails (freshwater or salt)?? Can I put them in Brackish?

In fact, other than fish, what CAN I put in a brackish tank (shrimp, snails, etc)??

My mollies do a pretty good job for me. Florida flag fish are reportedly good algae eaters in slightly brackish water but I don't have any personal experience with them.

Nerite snails are also reportedly good, but I haven't been able to find any locally and I'm nervous of online ordering. There are reports in various forums of Malaysian Trumpet Snails surviving in brackish but I'm not sure how reliable that information is.

As for shrimp you can go with Ghost Shrimp. Not an algae eater though and they may get eaten by your fish.
