brackish snowflake eal?

i was at my lfs and they have in a brackish water snowflake eal (G. tile) i believe. i have an empty 29 gallon tank and i was wondering if it would be possible to set this up to keep him? I was hopping to do the eal and maybe a green spotted puffer. I have no problem with large water changes but would the side be adequate for any length of time?
 
The snowflake eel is not a brackish water species. Snowflakes are full marine species and from the research I have done on them, the young grow quickly and therefore you should not use anything smaller than a 60-75 gallon tank.

G. Tile are considered to be a brackish species. Echidna Nebulosa(Snowflake Eel) however are to be kept in full marine aquaria.

I've kept one before. Definitely one of my favorite fish to keep and he was a breeze to get eating (frozen silversides and krill). The downsides: I wouldn't keep him in less than a 55 gallon, and he'd eat the GSP in a heartbeat. Mine, which was 23in, ate a 4" archer--a pretty substantial fish-like it was nothing.
