Well i have two gt in my 55 gallon with a pleco. My male green is 3 inch and my female is 2 inch. I just bought them 3 days ago. SO would they breed if they pair off. is the female ready to breed yet.

After about 5 months or so, when they both were well over 4 inches, a breedfest happened and they have been having batches of babies ever since. I think you have a little ways to go before you start to see them have babies, if they have them at all. Does your male have the beginnings of that tell-tell bump on his forhead yet?
he doesn't but he has his colors already. his tail is bright orange and he is very colorful. Today i saw some tail slapping and but they dont lip lock. Is that like a sign that they are a pair. Thanks for telling.
